Today I got up on time.. early even. So I ate me some cereal before getting ready for work.

Hurray! I'm going to be on time....


Then I get to the daycare. She was oversleeping again. And she is hard of hearing. So the buzzer I use on the side door is hard to hear when she is asleep. Crap!

So I go to the front door and ring the doorbell. I hate doing that but its the only way to wake her up. And I don't want to stand out on the porch with Phin all day.

So I ring the doorbell and then go back to the side entrance where the daycare is. She opens the door to let me in. Hooray!

Bad news is she forgot to turn off her alarm so her alarm goes off and I hafta cover Phin's ears cuz its loud. She's got to disarm the alarm. Then the alarm company calls to make sure she is ok.

I'm thinking holy crap..

Finally the alarm is turned off after 5 minutes. She calls off the alarm people so they dont send the police. She then tells me that she will get billed for it. WTF? Alarm Companies are scam artists.

Anyway I look at my watch and realize I need to go to actually get to work on time. So I kiss Phin goodbye, give daycare lady her weekly check and run to work.

Hooray! I made it 5 minutes early today. And it seems like it took me forever.
