I made this shirt a year ago and I actually wore it this weekend and made a few people smile!


And since the Canes won last night, we will have a GAME 7 tomorrow night!  Go Canes!

We had a blast at our First Playoff game in 3 years. Unfortunately we lost the game in Overtime.  But Phin was pretty good at the game and the Caniacs were LOUDER than ever.

We ate dippin' dots, popcorn and pretzels!  And we bought many Hurricanes merchandise.

Too bad we lost. Ugh.

Let's hope the Hurricanes get their butts back on the ice for game 4.

Been kinda slow on the hockey design front, but I cranked one out this week that I actually like.

Losing your edge

Hockey player's don't fall down, they just lose their edge!  The announcers say this all the time when ever any player falls down. It's quite funny.

I've incorporated a little bit of an anime influence into my newest hockey design for

Healthy Scratch.

Yes, it's a cat hanging from a hockey stick. but I borrowed the eyes from some manga facial expressions.

I think overall it turned out pretty well.  Hockey fans should get it and maybe people who like cute kitties will like it too!

Here is my contribution to my Hockey Store for the upcoming St. Patrick's Day.

I'm told to always do these designs over a month in advance.

Puck of the Irish!

Kinda silly but I think the overall design came out ok.  And I like mixing up the fonts too.

I added a couple of new hockey shirts..

one I drew completely with my Bamboo. Pen and stylus.

Drag-on the puck  its mostly for kids, but you never know who likes this stuff.

and also a Rolling Puck design, which is simple enough that anyone can wear it.

One of these days I'll open a regular shop without hockey stuff, but I prefer to do something focused than completely random. hmm.

well it is time to start promoting Valentines Day and in a hockey shop that is HARD TO DO.  But I do have a few designs that qualify as Lovey and Hearty and kissy kiss.

Girls Play Hockey!

The underquote is the response to the general desire to make the shirt cute. I think the purple really pops on the white T-shirts. Not sure women will totally dig it, but I got to start somewhere.

I'll probably make another one that is more HARDCORE, but girls like the cute stuff too.

There are waaay too many Hockey Girl, Hockey Chic, Hockey Babe shirts out there (I had to put my own spin on it).

Turns out my hockey goalie shirts are doing really well this year.

Respect the butterfly!  is a big seller. Color me impressed.

So I made a couple more goalie shirts this past month as well.

I really like the home between the pipes design, in Phillie colors. I'm trying to do different color schemes from some of the hockey teams, so that everything I do isnt Carolina black and red! I'm just so used to doing those colors!  XD

well let's hope they sell well too.

So I splurged on some of my own clothes from cafepress.com.   I bought a black long sleeve shirt for me. This one HERE

I can't believe how phenomenal it turned out.

I also bought my wife a shirt and Phineas the snowman shirt. Every shirt looks great.  I know sometimes there are quality control issues with the printing.. but I'm just totally impressed with the work I'm getting back.

I just wish more people would buy things from my store!  I was hoping for some good sales this christmas, but I think since the economy is in the crapper, sales will be few.  Sadness.

oh well, I'll just keep chuggin' as long as my premium costs are paid for each month, I'm still breaking even!

My newest design is just straight up North Pole Hockey.

Very simple design seen on a billion shirts but I couldn't find one devoted to hockey at the North Pole so its good for Christmas and the holidays and you can wear it any time of the year really!

Play hockey all year round (that's what I'm talkin' bout). Santa would be proud.

If I had the money myself, I'd buy this shirt. I'll probably end up getting one for my son and Heather.. and maybe me for christmas.

well I"m excited for the first game of the season.. and what will be the start of a lot of pointless posts on how we won or we lost!

I can't wait. Let's hope the Canes start out fighting.

Also, this whole Palin is a hockey mom thing is getting on my nerves.  So rather than assume all hockey moms are Republican or will VOTE Republican, I decided to make a hockey shirt that Either Party can wear. Democrat or Republican Hockey fans can rejoice.

So I should be getting another check from Cafepress this week! Yay! It's a little spending cash, which is always good to get for the hockey shirts I've sold at  Intheneaux Hockey Wear

The hockey season is getting closer and I can't wait to see the Hurricanes in action.

I sold a Trucker hat last week, which was funny because I didn't know people still thought that was fashionable. Unless you are a trucker, then my apologies. I will say that the design does look good on the hat.

My last shirt I created was for girls.  This one.
We shall see if it sell well. 

I'm excited for the holiday season this year, as I'm hoping to sell some more shirts.

1) Bought Local H's- 12 Angry Months CD.

Great CD. cant really say more than what all the reviewers have already said. Its a 12 month break up CD, one song for each month. Totally GREAT ALBUM. I'll be listening to this all summer.

2) MACHINE GIRL- Tokyo Shock DVD. It's Tokyo Shock. Low-budget action, bloody gore and absurdly funny. MUST-SEE but not must own. I bought it only because I had a best buy gift card and was dying to see it. I'll add it to my crazy japanese movie section with Versus and Death Trance.

3) Fear Itself- Pretty good Horror show on NBC. It's kinda like Twillight Zone meets X-files. Its better than most stuff on this summer.

4) New Hockey shirt design:  Fast Forwards    its your typical Fast Forward button shirt with a hockey twist (since there are 3 forwards in hockey)

Ok.. maybe Hip hop isn't one of my two loves...  but I like it when its done well. That new guy "Atmosphere" out of Minnesota is pretty awesome.

anyway... show how you can be down with both in my new

WRAP AROUND shirt.

I'm sure many people don't know that Wrap Around is a hockey term for shooting a goal by wrapping your hockey stick around the goal post.  And that the turntables are made out of hockey sticks and hockey pucks...  but what the hey.  I'm crazy.

I've become obsessed.. or I guess out of boredom I check who visits my Cafepress store on a semi daily basis. Mainly its out of desperation..."please someone by a shirt!"--  is what I'm usually thinking.

but as I just checked my stats, someone from California visited my website from doing a google search for "neaux"

so either they know me... or they know my shop..  or they are secretly stalking me (which means they are reading this post right now!)
